With 22 wheat varieties as experimental materials,the effect of nitrogen on the concentration and accumulation of Zn,Fe,Mn and Cu in grains was studied.The results showed that there were significant difference on these four microelements concentration and accumulation in grains among wheat varieties.Nitrogen applying increased the concentration and accumulation of Zn and Cu simultaneously,while decreased Mn concentration.As for Fe,neither concentration nor accumulation in grains were decided by nitrogen fertilizer significantly.Both concentration and accumulation of these four microelements in grains were all affected by the interaction of nitrogen and variety.Except Fe,nitrogen had the strongest effect on the concentration and accumulation of Zn,Mn and Cu in wheat grains,and the following was variety and the interaction of variety and nitrogen applying.By K-means cluster analysis,22 wheat varieties were classified into 3 clusters according to their micronutrient concentration and accumulation.The result indicated that the level of concentration and accumulation of microelements in most varieties grains was middle under nitrogen applying,while the level was middle and low under null nitrogen fertilizer.In this paper,we also found that as far as microelement concentration in grains was considered,different variety had diverse response to nitrogen fertilizer.
