Privacy Concern on Continuance of use in Online Doctor Consultation

Teleconsultation technology helps patients get information in a ubiquity so that information can be accessed anywhere and anytime in real time and it can reach people in areas that are difficult to access. Furthermore, with this technology, it can overcome affordability problems, which some application applies free service while others only charge affordable fee. However, privacy concern regarding the utilization of medical information could hinder the continuance of use. Thus, in this study we focused on analyzing the influence of privacy concern on continuance intention in using applications mobile online doctor consultation. The data was analyzed using PLS-SEM with 146 respondents. The results show that trust and perceived usefulness are significantly affect the intention of use the mobile application of doctor consultation in Indonesia. However, privacy concern is not found to be significantly moderate the relationship. Users also do not concern about the readability of privacy policy, but they will need to know what data and information that is collected by the application and the justification of the collection.
