摘要
Objective
To observe the clinic effect of percutaneous tibial nerve stimulation(PTNS) combined with Solifenacin on women with overactive bladder(OAB).
Methods
From July 2016 to February 2018, 136 women with OAB were enrolled in this study. Patients were divided into control group and observation group, 68 cases in each group. The control group was given Solifenacin Succinate Tablets( 1 time/d, 5 mg/d). The observation group was treated with PTNS (30 min/time, 1 time/d, 5 times/week, for 8 weeks) on the basis of the control group. The clinical effect and adverse reaction rate were compared.
Results
After treatment, the emiction frequency, urinary urgency frequency, urinary incontinence episodes, and nocturia in observation group was (8.13±1.14) times/24 h, (1.43±0.32) times/24 h , (1.31±0.28) times/24 h, and (1.22±0.26) times, which was significantly lower than that of (9.17±1.42) times/24 h, (1.82±0.41) times/24 h, (1.78±0.36) times/24 h, and (1.74±0.36) times in control group (P 0.05).
Conclusions
PTNS combined with Solifenacin shows significantly clinical effect and safety on OAB women.
