摘要
Thermal insulation coatings can effectively improve the energy-saving effect of equipment and pipelines, reduce energy consumption, and have good application prospects in offshore platforms and petrochemical pipelines. In this study, hollow glass microspheres were used as the main functional filler, which was first emulsified and stabilized, and then zinc phosphate was used as the coating material to modify it. It was characterized by the infrared spectrometer, X-ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscope, and transmission electron microscope. The suspension test shows that the suspension performance of the hollow glass beads after the modification has been well improved. Besides, it was applied to epoxy-modified acrylic resin coatings, and its thermal insulation performance was evaluated by a thermal conductivity meter. Its anti-corrosion performance was tested by salt spray test and electrochemical workstation. When the addition amount of W-16(Modified) is 15 wt%, the salt spray resistance time increases from 24 h to 432 h. Shows excellent heat insulation and anti-corrosion performance.
