In this research, the Aronia melanocarpa pomace polyphenols (AMPPs) were extracted and purified. The purified AMPPs contained the most abundant chlorogenic acid (CGA) at 36.91 mg/100 mg, followed by chrysin at 8.61 mg/100 mg.
