With the development of the economy and the popularization of information technology, many domestic enterprises are facing significant challenges. If the management process and strategic planning of an enterprise cannot be adjusted, it is highly likely to face the risk of elimination. Especially for express delivery transportation enterprises, facing a large amount of enterprise and employee information, if they do not use information systems for effective management and utilization, it will hinder their development and put them at a disadvantage in market competition. The Shunfeng Employee Management System in Zhongyuan District, Zhengzhou City can bring development to enterprises, improve management efficiency, solve problems such as poor employee management and complex personnel, and provide very favorable conditions for the sustainable development of enterprises. This article revolves around the research background and significance of the Shunfeng Employee Management System in Zhongyuan District, Zhengzhou City. I have chosen the technologies used to develop this system, including Java language, MySQL database, SpringBoot mode, etc. Then analyze the requirements of the Shunfeng Employee Management System in Zhongyuan District, Zhengzhou City, list the system business processes and the feasibility of developing the system. Design the system database and functional roles, and complete the framework design. Finally, code and test the system. This system has a reasonable division of roles and permissions, complete functions, and a beautiful interface for easy operation. It manages employees, provides assistance for the development of the enterprise, and improves management efficiency. The Zhengzhou Zhongyuan District SF Express Employee Management System is an important part of the management of express transportation enterprises.
