摘要
Improving the light output efficiency of OLED devices through micro lens is an important technological direction. Preparing high refractive index interfaces through inkjet printing is a mature production solution, but has limitations on screen borders. If high refractive index adhesive is used, it will also face limitations such as lower material refractive index and viscosity. In this paper, we propose a new micro lens structure to overcome the limitations of relative low refractive index of adhesive (n~1.6) and some problems encountered in the manufacturing process. Introducing a new low refractive index interface on the OC layer can expand the difference in refractive index, further improve efficiency, which does not require additional complex processes. This structure has good stability and can additionally improve the light output efficiency by about 5%, and it may become a potential technical improvement solution.
