摘要
Blue emission from CaYAl3O7:Ce(CYACe) excited by thermal, electronic and mechanical energy is reported in this letter. This finding may be applied as a guide in designing self-power optical sensors with direct applications inpharmacology, in situ biomedical monitoring and diagnostics. The results revealed that the emission bands of afterglow (AG), electroluminescence (EL) and mechanoluminescence (ML) are similar, located at 421 nm, which indicated that all the emissions are emitted from the same center of Ce3+. Furthermore, we can explain the electro-mechano-optical luminescence of CYACe using a model of the excitation of trapped electrons released by different energy sources
