A highly sensitive electrochemical biosensor for Hg2+ based on entropy-driven DNA walker-based amplification

Combining the advantages of sensitivity, miniaturization, and portability of electrochemical method with the selectivity of DNA walker, an electrochemical biosensor based on entropy-driven DNA walker amplification was developed for Hg 2+ detection.
