摘要
The purpose of this article is to design and propose a permanent magnet AC motor control technology and the motor selection method based on the SVPWM vector control algorithm. The differences between brushless AC servo motors and DC servo motors and their respective advantages and disadvantages are compared. The PWM driving method of the motor and the basic knowledge of motor control including motor transfer function, inertial torque, friction torque, and shaft torque are introduced. The article focuses on the main content of the SVPWM vector control algorithm, the system composition of the AC servo motor, and analyzes the principle of the servo system based on the SVPWM vector control algorithm with examples. The motor selection method is proposed for specific cases. Permanent magnet AC motors have the obvious advantages of simple structure, reliable operation, small size, light weight, low loss, high efficiency, flexible motor shapes and sizes, etc., and have been widely used in various servo control systems.
