摘要
More than 50% of pregnancies occur in couples with overweight and obesity, with associated risks for mothers and their offspring.1,2 Estimates indicate that more than 50% of pregnant women with moderate (class 2) obesity and more than 60% of those with severe (class 3) obesity have pregnancy complications.1 Additionally, obesity at the start of pregnancy is a major risk factor for cardiovascular disorders in both mothers and offspring throughout the life course.2
