摘要
Molecular targeted drugs are one of the treatments for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), the primary factor influencing their therapeutic efficacy is drug resistance. Diminished drug intake, greater efflux, improved DNA damage repair capacity, aberrant signal pathways, hypoxia, epithelial-mesenchymal cell transition, and the cellular autophagy system are summarized herein as aspects of the drug resistance mechanism. Simultaneously, effective strategies for addressing drug resistance are elaborated, providing ideas for better clinical treatment of HCC.分子靶向药物是治疗肝癌的药物之一,耐药是影响治疗效果的主要因素。现从药物摄入减少及外排增加、DNA损伤修复能力增强、信号通路异常、缺氧、上皮细胞-间充质细胞转化和细胞自噬系统方面总结了其耐药机制,同时阐述了应对其耐药的有效策略,为临床更好治疗肝癌提供思路。.
