Bioimaging of glutathione variation for early diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma using a liver-targeting ratiometric near-infrared fluorescent probe

We report a ratiometric near-infrared fluorescent probe CyO-Disu for the selective detection of GSH variation in living cells and mice models of Hepatocellular carcinoma. CyO-Disu can serve as a promising chemical tool for the early diagnosis and precise treatment of cancer.
