摘要
Abstract The kinetics and mechanism of the thermal degradation of four polyphenyl-as-triazines (PPTs) were studied by high resolution pyrolysis—gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (HR Py—GC/MS) and thermogravimetry (TG). The pyrograms of PPTs were obtained at pyrolysis temperatures between 650 and 950°C, and more than 12 of the pyrolysates were identified by MS. The influence of pyrolysis temperature on pyrolysate yields is discussed. The kinetic parameters of thermal degradation reactions of PPTs were calculated. The thermal degradation mechanisms were described in this paper by combining the results of HR Py—GC/MS with the TG data.
