摘要
本文用水热法制备了钛酸锶钡纳米颗粒,研究了分散剂的添加对粉末粒径的调控及分散性能的影响,分析了退火处理对最终产物分散性能的影响。研究表明:通过添加油酸为分散剂能有效减小钛酸锶钡粉末的晶粒尺寸,当油酸量为0.5 ml时,粉末粒径最小,大约15~25 nm。退火处理后,钛酸锶钡纳米颗粒的分散性得到明显改善。 Barium strontium titanate nanopowder was synthesized by hydrothermal method. The function of dispersant on the particle size regulation and the improvement of powder agglomeration were studied. Effect of annealing on the dispersion of the nanopowder was also investigated. The results turned out that the addition of oleic acid could effectively decrease the particle size of Barium strontium titanate powder, and the smallest particle size could be achieved with the addition of 0.5 ml oleic acid which is about 15 - 25 nm. The dispersibility of the powder was obviously improved by post annealing of the hydrothermal synthesized powder, while the particle size was kept unchanged.
