1.27 The Comparison of Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Findings between Adolescents With Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Healthy Controls
Few studies examined the executive function deficits of OCD in youth, and data on the relationship of these deficits with the activity of the cortical regions are scarce. In this study, we compared fMRI findings between treatment-naive adolescents with OCD and healthy control subjects during resting state and multisource interference task (MSIT), which according to the literature activates the cingulo-fronto-parietal circuits associated with attention.
