Evaluation of competitiveness of yacht industry based on GEM model:Evidences from Yangtze River Delta Area

In order to scientifically evaluate the competitiveness of yacht industry, an evaluation index system is established based on GEM model. The competitiveness of the yacht industrial in the Yangtze River Delta Area is calculated by using the GEM analytical method, and the relevant factors are analyzed. The results show that the GEM value of competitiveness of the yacht industrial in the Yangtze River Delta Area is 530,indicating that Yangtze River Delta Area has certain advantage, but not absolute advantage in the competitiveness of the yacht industry.
