Flavonoids from Glechoma Longituba(Nakai) Kupr.

AIM:To study the chemical constituents of Glechoma longituba.METHODS:Alcoholic extraction,silica gel,ODS column chromatography and recrystallization were used.RESULTS:Ten compounds from Glechoma longituba were isolated and identified as:apigenin,luteolin,apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucuronide ethyl ester,luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucuronide ethyl ester,cosmosiin,luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside,kaempferol-3-O-β-D-rutinoside,rutin,6-C-arabinose-8-C-glucose-apigenin,and 6-C-glucose-8-C-glucose-apigenin.CONCLUSION:All of these compounds were isolated from Glechoma longituba for the first time.
