摘要
Objective: To explore the relationship between cerebral infarction(CI) and plasma D-dimer/fibrinogen ratio(D/F ratio). Method:Plasma D-dimer and fibrinogen were detected by an automated coagulation analyzer in 47 CI patients and 34 controls, and D/F ratios were calculated in the two groups respectively. Result: In CI group, the levels of D-dimer and fibrinogen and D/F ratio were higher when compared with control group; all of the differences were significant ( P 0. 05); there was a positive correlation between D-dimer and fibrinogen in CI group ( r =0. 295, P 0. 05). Conclusion:D/F ratio can be considered as one of indexes for the presence of CI.
