摘要
Biomaterial central infection (BCI) is a tough problem that has attracted high attention. The most common source of infection in biomaterial centers is bacterial infections. For the past few years, research on antibacterial material surfaces/interfaces has been particularly focused on reducing the initial bacterial adhesion and inhibiting the subsequent biofilm formation. Curtly, such surfaces/interfaces can be split into three primary kinds: antiadhesion-based antibacterial material surfaces/interfaces, release-based antibacterial material surfaces/interfaces, and contact-based antibacterial material surfaces/interfaces. In this review, we also describe the use of dual-function antibacterial biomaterial surfaces/interfaces, according to two strategies to form systems that kill attached bacteria, resist or release them, and other antibacterial materials in biomedicine applications. The future research direction of smart antibacterial material surfaces/interfaces design prospects.
