摘要
We have used THz quantum cascade lasers (QCLs) and THz time-domain spectroscopy (TDTS) to study magneto-optical phenomena in semiconductor heterostructures in high magnetic fields. Using THz QCLs, we have measured cyclotron resonance in two-dimensional electron gases (2DEGs) [1]. Figures 1 (left) and 1 (right) show typical data for InSb / AlInSb quantum wells and InAs / AlSb quantum wells, respectively. These studies demonstrated that THz QCLs are compact and convenient sources for THz magneto-optical studies of solids
