摘要
In order to solve the force fighting problem between redundant actuators in the primary flight control system of a certain type of civil aircraft, the verification technology of force equalization control algorithm is proposed in this paper. The force balance feedback controller is designed and implemented.A new method based on RSS (Root-Sum-Squares) is proposed to estimate the worst case of force fighting, The simulation and evaluation of the control effect after adding the equalization algorithm are carried out under the condition of single influence parameter and all influence parameters acting together. The simulation results show that the force balance algorithm in the primary flight control surface actuation system well meet the control requirements. Finally, the effect of force balance control is verified by the iron bird tests, and the results show that the simulation results and the performance requirements of the system are satisfied.
