摘要
Nothing to report. Data generated or analyzed during the study are available from the corresponding author by request. Video S1. The pre-procedure angiogram on the anterior–posterior projection indicated a thread-like filling defect involving the middle M1 segment of the right middle cerebral artery with a medium dilatation. The filling defect divided the vessel into two lumens, and all lenticulostriate arteries originating from the upper lumen. There was a mild stenosis at the A1 segment of the right anterior cerebral artery, as well as a mild stenosis at the C6 segment of the right internal carotid artery. A spiral, corkscrew-like filling defect at the M1 segment of the right middle cerebral artery was detected on the lateral projection. The three-dimensional angiogram confirmed the previous findings. The post-procedural angiogram showed that the right middle cerebral artery was recanalized after stent implantation, the false lumen disappeared, and the lenticulostriate arteries were patent.
