Pyoderma gangrenosum with extracutaneous involvement: a systematic review

This systematic review summarized currently published literature on the patient demographics, co-morbidities, cutaneous lesion locations, time to diagnosis, and outcomes of pyoderma gangrenosum with extracutaneous involvement. The review found that hematological malignancy was the most common underlying systemic disease and that delayed diagnosis (>6 months) was significantly associated with long-term sequelae.
