摘要
Organic coatings have been widely used in the field of metal corrosion protection. Two-dimensional materials with different structures and characteristics (graphene, boron nitride, MoS2, MXene, etc.) are incorporated into organic anti-corrosion coatings as nano-fillers to enhance protective properties and other additional functions. Although a lot of research has been done on the application of 2D materials/composite coatings and some reviews have been published, few studies have focused on the effect of interface regulation of boron nitride nanosheets (BNNSs) on the protective properties of organic coatings. This paper briefly introduces the properties and preparation methods of boron nitride nanosheets. The control methods to improve the dispersion of BNNSs in organic resin and the interface interaction between BNNSs and coatings were introduced. Secondly, the protection mechanism of BNNSs composite coating and the green preparation scheme based on environmental protection considerations were summarized. Finally, the future development direction of BNNSs composite coating and the feasibility of industrial application were proposed to expand the application field of BNNSs composite coating.
