摘要
Tumor fraction (TF), a measure of the relative quantity of circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) derived from peripheral blood liquid biopsies (LBx), is an emerging prognostic biomarker in solid tumors. In other cancer types, TF is a proxy for the burden of disease and tumor growth rate. In this study, we sought to investigate the prognostic utility of TF from LBx in patients with advanced endometrial carcinoma (EC) in real-world settings. We hypothesized that higher levels of TF would correlate with less favorable overall survival in this population.
