摘要
Infrared absorption lines can indicate the composition and concentration of a gas. This paper proposes a multiband infrared detection system based on time-sharing, tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS), and wavelength modulation spectroscopy (WMS). The system includes a laser control subsystem, a signal processing subsystem, a gas cell, and optical components. The laser control subsystem operates lasers with different central wavelengths according to the command transmit via a serial port. The results show that the system can measure the concentration of different components in the mixed gas.
