A huge spleen with papillary intralymphatic angioendothelioma

A previously healthy 33-year-old woman was hospitalized with upper left quadrant mass for three months. The physical examination showed a huge mass in the upper left quadrant of abdomen. The blood tests results showed the WBC of 2.02×109 /L, Hb of 99 g/L and PLT of 37 × 109 /L. Enhanced abdominal computed tomography revealed a huge spleen with multiple space-occupying lesions (Fig.1A,1B). The lesions had no typical imaging features, only multiple low density lesions without obvious reinforcement were found.
