摘要
Objectives Numerous studies have shown that an enriched environment can promote ischemic stroke and improve cognitive function. In addition, white matter is closely related to cognitive function. The effects and mechanisms of the enriched environment on white matter recovery after stroke have not been elucidated. This study will analyse the effects of the enriched environment on white matter and cognitive function in the post-stroke brain from the perspective of astrocytes and their secretions.
