摘要
The review presents experimental and clinical findings of the mechanisms of development of cardiovascular diseases and shows a key role of impaired blood coagulability and lipid metabolism in the pathogenesis of these diseases. An emphasis is laid on the fact that the processes of hemostasis and lipid metabolism are controlled mainly through alpha-adrenoreceptors and calcium channels. The effects of alpha-adrenoblockers and calcium antagonists on the mechanisms responsible for the etiopathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases are considered. Comments on the use of beta-adrenoblockers are also made.
