摘要
Three new phenylpropanoids (lanicepsides C–E, 1–3) and twenty-two (4-25) known ones were isolated from the aerial part of Clematis chinensis Osbeck. Structure elucidation was performed by several spectroscopic techniques, including one and two-dimensional NMR spectra and HRESIMS. Compounds 4, 5, 8, 11–17 and 19-21 were reported from Clematis chinensis Osbeck for the first time. All compounds were tested for cytotoxic activity against three cancer cell lines (HeLa, MGC-803, Ishikawa) by MTT assay. The results showed that compounds 4–7 (IC50 values in the range of 10.1±1.1–22.3±1.9 μM) displayed medium cytotoxicity against Ishikawa cells.
