摘要
An effective way to construct high performance reduced graphene oxide (rGO)/Ag nanoparticles(AgNPs) photodetectors on silicon substrate had been developed. The reduced graphene oxide solution was spin-coated on SiO 2 /Si substrate and Ag electrode was then deposited on top to form the metal/semiconductor interface. To further improve the performance of photodetectors, AgNPs were mixed with rGO solution and spin coated on SiO 2 /Si substrate followed by Ag electrode deposition. At the bias of -5 V, the on/off ratio of rGO/AgNPs photodetector was enhanced from 1.7 to 2.2 compared with sample without AgNPs This spin-coated rGO/AgNPs composites paves the way to the future development of high-performance optoelectronic devices through simple techniques.
