摘要
Lead-free piezoelectric ceramics of 0.94Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3-0.06BaTiO3 were fabricated by conventional ceramic preparation technique.The relation of sintering temperature with structure and electric properties were researched.The results show that the ceramics studied can form pure per-ovskite structure.The piezoelectric properties are abstained at 1 180℃,where the piezoelectric con-stant(d33) is 146pC/N,electromechanical coupling coefficients(kp) is 22%,dielectric constant(e) is 1357.3 and dielectric loss(tanδ)is 4.6%.
