摘要
Objective To establish a method for the content determination of psoralen and isopsoralen in Qubai Babuqi Tablets. Methods HPLC was employed by using C_ 18 as the column(4.6×150mm, 5μm) and acetonitrile-water(25:75) as the mobile phase. Flow rate was 1 mL·min~ -1 . The detection wavelength was 245nm and the column temperature was ambient. Results A good linearity for psoralen and isopsoralen was obtained in the range from 11 to 99 mg ·L~ -1 . The average recoveries of psoralen and isopsoralen were 99.86% with RSD 1.24%(n=6) and 100.01% with RSD 0.31%(n=6), respectively. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Qubai Babuqi Tablets.
