Polysaccharide of Lysimachia christinae Hance is hydrolyzed by trifluoroacetic acid. The hydrolysate was derived into trimethylsilylethers derivative with hexamethyedisilane (HMDS) and trimethylchlorosilane (TMCS) as silanizing agent, and dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) as solvent .The monosaccharide was determined by GC with capillary column. The results showed that the polysaccharide of leaves and stems were composed of mannose, fructose, ribose, galactose, rhamnose and arabinose, and the molar ratio of those monose is 1.40:1.00:1.00:4.68:0.98:0.46 and 1.03:1.00:1.04:1.66:0.56:0.44, respectively.
