摘要
A series of N -succinyl-hitosans with different degree of substitution were synthesized by controlling the reaction time. The degree of substitution and the intrinsic viscosity of the products were determined. The products were characterized by IR spectra, experimental results indicate that -OCH_2CH_2COOH is introduced to the -NH_2 of chitosan molecular. The moisture-bsorption and moisture retention of N -succinyl-hitosans increase with the increase of the degree of substitution, and that the moisture retention capacity of N -succinyl-hitosans is better than that of chitosan and hyaluronic acid.
