摘要
Barium titanate as its excellent properties can be widely used for multilays ceramic capacitors,thermistors,electro-optic devices and other electronic components.The preparation main techniques and methods of barium titanate are reviewed,and the principles and characteristics of the sol-gel,hydrothermal and chemical co-precipitation method are introduced emphatically.Due to the development of preparation technology and advance of research ways,the developments of the preparation technology of nm-sized barium titanate is presented.
