摘要
Recently, increasing attention is being paid to malignant bone tumors that originate from postoperative recurrence and bone defect problems. It is urgent to develop a multi-functional platform to achieve efficient tumor treatment and bone regeneration. Therefore, a multifunctional nanoparticle of copper sulfide-modified Ti3C2TX MXene decorated with dopamine (PDA) was designed. The excellent photothermal properties and anti-tumor ability to kill osteosarcoma cells (Saos-2 cells) rapidly within 10 min under 808 nm laser irradiation were presented due to the combination of photothermal and photodynamic effects of nanoparticles. Further, the modification of PDA imparts nanoparticles with favorable osteogenic activity.
