摘要
A 24 GHz CMOS UWB radar SoC is presented. The LO correlation receiver and VCO based transmitter are employed. The carrier frequency and bandwidth of UWB signal can be tunable in the range of 22.9 – 25.5 GHz and 0.18 – 3 GHz, respectively. Two cascaded DLLs provide the clocks and enable the 5 GHz sampling equivalently. A 1×4 patch antenna embedded radar sensor module is also implemented and the measured results show that the detection range of small drone is over 7.3m.
