摘要
Several years ago, TNO-FEL started the development of the Torpedo Defence System Testbed (TDSTB) based on the TORpedo SIMulation (TORSIM) model and the Maritime Operations Simulation and Evaluation System (MOSES). MOSES provides the simulation and modelling environment for the evaluation and validation of systems, concepts and tactics in the field of underwater warfare. It defines the standards for integration and re-use of research concepts and methods. This testbed is built to support the analysis and development of tactics and the procurement of torpedo defence systems for the RNLN. Within the testbed, several types of torpedoes (e.g. heavyweight and lightweight), vessels, and launched or towed jammers and decoys (e.g. Nixie 25 and Scutter) can be simulated. The model simulates the kinematics, collisions and detailed acoustics (passive, active mono-static and bi-static, and intercept sonars) using the acoustic propagation and sonar performance model ALMOST (Acoustic Loss Model for Operational Studies and Tasks). Within a simulation all systems will interact with each other. The Detection, Classification and Localisation algorithms in the torpedoes and other systems can be modelled with high fidelity.
