摘要
A Mach-Zehnder interferometer (MZI) biosensor based on the composite film of graphene oxide and glucose oxidase (GO-GOD) for simultaneous measurement of glucose concentration and temperature is proposed in this paper. Due to the multi-mode interference (MMI) of single-mode fiber (SMF)-no-core fiber (NCF)-single-mode fiber (SNS) structure and the catalytic effect of the composite film, the sensor is more sensitive to glucose concentration. The proposed sensor has glucose concentration sensitivities of 0.0321 nm/(g/L) and 0.0401 nm/(g/L) from 10 g/L to 70 g/L, and has temperature sensitivities of 0.0513 nm/°C and 0.0326 nm/°C from 10 °C to 70 °C, respectively. The proposed sensor has features of simple structure and low cost, which can be widely used for biological sensing.
