摘要
A slight vibration capacitance model for the resonator of hemispherical resonator gyroscopes(HRG) has been established and the numerical calculation method was used to solve the model.It was found that the choices of the higher-input resistance buffer amplifier of more than 100 MΩ and lower-input resistance buffer amplifier of less than 1 MΩ were feasible,but the input resistance between 1 MΩ and 100 MΩ were unsuitable because not only the intensity of the input signal and phase were sensitive to the input resistance,but also increased the damping losses of the resonator.For the higher-input resistance buffer amplifier,the increase of the high-input resistance is favorable for reducing the signal noise ratio,enhancing the signal strength and reducing the test voltage.
