摘要
A tactile sensor based on a MoS2 strain gauge and a graphene electrode is integrated on a finger tip by M.-S. Kim, J.-H. Ahn, and co-workers, as described on page 2556. The MoS2 and graphene can be conformally attached onto a thumbprint thanks to their outstanding mechanical flexibility. The MoS2-based tactile sensor, showing excellent sensing properties, is expected to provide great opportunities for electronic-skin and wearable-electronics applications.
