The Development and Evaluation of a Scale to Measure Organizational Attributional Style

This chapter provides an evaluation of a questionnaire designed to measure organizational attributional style. Internal consistency and test-retest reliabilities were acceptable, especially as compared to other attributional style measures. The organizational attributional style was multi-dimensional, including the dimensions of stability and control.
