摘要
A Review on organized investigation on microstructure and mechanical properties of P91 Alloy steel treated with varying temperatures of Normalizing Heat Treatment process were analyzed in this paper. The Components in the Microstructure displayed an improvement in Grain structure, Lath breadth and then with the increasing temperatures of Heat treatment we found reduction in the Area Fraction in precipitates of microstructure. The microscopic observation and calculation is processed using Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope and Optical microscope, grain size and area fraction are measured from the micrographs. Tests like tensile strength, Hardness and toughness tests were conducted on the Normalized specimens.
