Effect of individualized nursing intervention on the negative mood and sleep quality of patients with hepatolithiasis operation

Objective To explore the effect of individualized nursing interventions on the negative mood and sleep quality of peri-operation patients with hepatolithiasis.Methods Totals of 88 cases with hepatolithiasis were given individualized nursing intervention.Before and after nursing intervention,anxiety and depression scores,sleep quality of patients were observed and compared.Results SAS and SDS scores of the patients,before intervention,respectively were (38.16 ± 5.13) and (39.89 ± 7.41),while after the intervention,that respectively were (30.02 ±5.31) and (30.87 ±6.32),and the differences were statistically significant (t =4.393,6.679 ; P ＜ 0.05).After the intervention,the sleep quality score of patients was significantly higher than that before intervention [(69.32 ± 12.31) vs (39.86 ± 11.32) ; t =4.654,P ＜0.05].Conclusions The implementation of individualized nursing intervention for the patients with hepatolithiasis can significantly improve their sleep quality of patients,relieve their anxiety and tension,and create conditions for the operation carried out smoothly and successfully.
