Catalytic asymmetric synthesis of diazabicyclo[3.1.0]hexanes by 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of azomethine ylides with azirines

A practical Cu^I/(R)-Fesulphos catalyzed 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of azomethine ylides with azirines has been developed to produce highly valuable enantioenriched diazabicyclo[3.1.0]hexanes.
