Two lariciresinol glucosides, lariciresinol-4'0-p~-glucoside (1) and lariciresinol-40-pglucoside (2), were isolated from the bark of Osmanthus asiaticus and the 1 ~-and 13c-nmr assignments were made by using nOe and 2 D -m techniques.In the course of our investigation of Osmanthus Species, we have reported the isolation and structural analysis of phenylethanoid glycosides from the bark of Osrnanthus asiaticus Nakai (Oleaceae).As a continuation of our investigation on this plant, we wish to describe the structural analysis of two lariciresinol glucoside isomers (1,2) from the methanolic extract of the bark.Compound (1) and (2) were obtained as amorphous powder.These Spectra data (ir, uv, fabms and [ab) were very similar.The IHand 13c-nmr spectrum of 1 and 2 showed the presences of a lariciresinol type
