Electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) is one of the most effective treatments for major depressive disorder (MDD). Biomarkers predicting individuals’ response to ECT would provide more successful and personalized treatment strategies. This study aimed to investigate whether dynamic functional connectivity (dFC) estimated from resting-state fMRI (rs-fMRI) predicts ECT outcome.
