Novel Suture Systems: High‐Dose Steroid Dissolving Microneedle for Relieving Atopic Dermatitis (Adv. Healthcare Mater. 7/2021)

In article number 2001691 by Hyungil Jung, Ohsang Kwon, and co-workers, triamcinolone acetonide (TA) suspension is introduced to encapsulate therapeutic dosage. The composition of the TA suspension is optimized, and TA-loaded dissolving microneedles are fabricated using the TA suspension. TA-loaded dissolving microneedles have physical properties to be inserted into the skin and have anti-inflammatory effects in vivo.
